Description Auto Rent Chicago is looking to hire a responsible, people-oriented individual to work in our fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, energetic, and adaptable to frequent shifts in direction.
You will provide superior, friendly and efficient customer service throughout the rental process.
Hours available: Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm, Sat 8:00am-3:00pm.
Mult-location.
Paid training provided.

EOE Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and thank each customer at the conclusion of their transactionVerify rental agreement and answer customer questions, providing assistance as neededVerify and document all necessary driver information in order to provide and efficient and timely rental and return experiencePrepare rental agreement files with required documentationResolve any issues in a fair and equitable mannerMaintain appearance of rental counter and customer area Requirements Must be at least 21 years oldMust have excellent communication skillsBasic computer skills, typing and data entryProfessional and friendly personalityMust have 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in rental salesMust have a valid drivers license and good driving recordMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.Must be able to pass pre-employment background check/screeningBilingual Agents welcome
