O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Reporting & Data Analytics Developer to work Monday-Friday at our Administration Building located in Lacey, WA. The Reporting & Data Analytics Developer supports the organization's member service, growth, and other business objectives through the development of customized data analytics, insightful reporting, and other programming. They also enable business units to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

What we are looking for: BS Degree in Information Systems or related technology or corresponding knowledge through work experience. Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or programming. Internships or academic project experience will be considered. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Prior work in a financial institution, bank, credit union, or fintech preferred. Experience with PowerOn, SSRS, SSIS, PowerBI, or SQL is preferred.
