Factory Shop Floor core activities are focused on CNC Machining, Welding (Cladding), Assembly and High-Pressure Tests.As a Production Supervisor (Shop Operations), you will oversight daily activities inside assigned manufacturing cell being responsible for:- Weekly schedule execution- Daily Jobs follow up- On-time delivery- Efficiency & Time on Product performance- Scrap and Rework execution on your manufacturing cell- Labor variance performance for active projects at the site.- Lean improvements- HSE performance- 5S deployment- Payroll managementFuel your passionEducation / Experience Requirements:- Engineering degree from an accredited university.- Minimum 3 years of experience in Production, Shop Floor Operations or Supply chain activities.- Project management experience- Previous experience managing Union personnel.- Ability to influence others and lead different teams.- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies- Availability to work in different shifts.Qualifications / Desired Characteristics - Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Requirements- Self-driven approach of work- Being able to use business insights to orient strategies (Data-Driven Management)- Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Oracle experience- TRESS experience- English conversational levelWorking for youOur inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century.
