The Research Analyst will work closely with directors and senior analysts to develop market research, conduct manager due diligence, and formalize investment recommendations to clients. 
\n ResponsibilitiesConduct investment manager due diligence and update meetings, summarize findings for consultants and clientsIdentify high quality investment managers and lead investment and operational due diligenceWrite reports on investment managers for internal and client use Analyze market factors influencing the U.S. equity market landscapeDevelop quantitative and qualitative analysis to support original Marquette researchWrite white papers on topical and academic research topics as related to the capital marketsAssemble client education materialServe as a resource for consultants Present research/manager due diligence at client meetingsRepresent Marquette at investment conferences and annual meetings Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, and/or CAIA preferred5+ years of experience; direct experience in manager research or U.S. equities investments preferredIntellectually honest, intellectually curious, and thoughtful Strong business writing skills and ability to verbally present information effectively and professionallyHighly organized with strong prioritization and time management skillsHeightened attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently in support of team and firm goalsAbility to build relationships and work collaboratively with research team members, consultants, and marketing professionalsProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, eVestment a plus
\n$90,000 - $130,000 a year
