Metric Search are partnered with a Global, Top 3 MedTech company as they look to add a R&D Manager within their Cardiology portfolio.

This position is a fulltime hire and is onsite 3 days a week from their site in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Minimum Qualifications BS in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering or similar Required minimum years of work experience (primarily in medical device or related field): 8+ Years Experience through most stages of medical device product development Solid clinical knowledge and experience in cardiovascular anatomy. Ability to provide technical leadership as it relates to product and process design Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on technical inputs from multiple and varied sources. Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications MS or PhD in Engineering Discipline Experience in early stages of medical device product development Strong leadership and communication skills Class II or Class III Medical Device product development experience Ability to research literature and develop clinical understanding with technical credibility to develop a strategy for product investments and concept down-selection If this sounds like the type of company and opportunity that would be a match, please apply within or contact me directly.
