Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Program Manager at DSG Tec USA. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing research and development projects, managing programs, utilizing analytical skills, and ensuring the successful execution of projects related to high-tech ammunition development. Qualifications Program Management and Project Management skills Strong Analytical Skills Experience in Research and Development (R&D) Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Effective communication skills Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Tasks: ·      Participate in weekly Engineering/Manufacturing/Planning meetings and government meetings ·      Serve as a vital link between departments, integrating efforts to realize overarching business strategy ·      Interface regularly with End Users to track demand through and post commercialization ·      Communicate status of calibers to Program team and translate strategy into actionable steps ·      Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities for projects ·      Coordinate and align cross-functional activities across various projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency, including facilitation of contract obligations for product presentation and delivery ·      Evaluate, mentor, and provide feedback to project managers, sales professionals, and staff to enhance overall performance
