In this role as a Bio-Rad Research Associate I, you will work in our Molecular Diagnostics Division. In this role, you will help coordinate and execute workflow activities for developing molecular tests and projects. You will perform hands-on laboratory experiments, organize, track, communicate and efficiently produce high quality results. You will also be responsible for processing clinical blood samples into plasma and maintaining the clinical sample manifest.
How You'll Make an Impact: Processing biological samples in a timely manner Accurately recording and maintaining sample collection and usage Contributing to the characterization of assays, reagents, and workflow automation Contributing to data analysis, preparing reports and other deliverables Communicating progress with colleagues and management What You'll Bring: Education: Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology or related fields Work Experience: 0-2 years' experience of relevant post graduation industry experience with blood processing and cell culture Hands-on experience with nucleic acid techniques (DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, DNA quantification and analysis) Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Who We Are: For 70 years, Bio-Rad has focused on advancing the discovery process and transforming the fields of science and healthcare.
