Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Foster strong collaborative ties between research, engineering, and business units, championing a culture of rapid iteration and integration of research insights into product development.
Team Development and Mentorship: Cultivate an environment of growth and learning for your team, mentoring emerging talent and guiding researchers and engineers to excel in a startup setting.
