Summary of Position
Directs implementation of multifaceted projects on behalf of the leadership team.
Serves as a member of the leadership team.
Manages tasks based on priorities such as project administration, data collection and analysis, and reporting.
Plays a key role in engaging with and facilitating external stakeholders, as well as developing and sharing project outcomes by writing reports and producing web-based materials.
Works closely with project leaders to manage the full project lifecycle, demonstrating a high level of independence and responsibility to ensure timely completion of all project activities.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Serve as point of contact for project leadership team, collaborate with NH EPSCoR office Provide project leadership team with guidance in execution of strategic/implementation plan Direct contact for project leadership team, evaluators/advisors and stakeholders.
Duty/Responsibility
Manage participant lists. Initiate expense transactions for STAR processing: reimbursements, travel, meetings. Generate student stipend payments. Manage participant support payments.

Lead project participant orientation, training, data collection. Manage annual progress report coordination, production and editing of narrative and milestones tables, uploading to federal database; substantial analysis and writing is required. These reports typically are 100+ pages of text, graphics and tables demonstrating satisfactory progress against objectives.
