A day in the life...
We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for responding to telephone and email inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information for all three (3) resorts.
You will be expected to provide accurate and timely information and service to our guests.
Additionally, you will be required to provide assistance to the front desk staff as needed.
Requirements
You will own this if you have...
•2 years or more of Previous customer service experience preferably in hospitality.
•Knowledge of resort properties and Pacific City is a plus but not required.
•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.
