Job Summary The Resident Assistant/CNA will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, meal service, housekeeping, and other duties as needed. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, and bed making Provide assistance with meals and snacks, including setup, service, and feeding if necessary Perform housekeeping duties as required Requirements Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic Benefits Meaningful work that makes a difference Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year Staff meals and free uniform program
