As a Resident Assistant at Northfield Retirement Community, you will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity. You will provide hands-on personal care to older adults including assisting them tasks of daily living such as getting dressed, showering, using the bathroom, and eating; as well as more healthcare related tasks like checking vital signs and medication administration. Schedule varies: This is a part-time position with hours from 2pm - 10:30pm or 3:30pm - 9:30pm and includes working alternating weekends and some holidays.
