Compensation: We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The hourly range for this position is $17.00 to $19.70 and may commensurate with experience.
We are currently seeking a part-time Residential Assistant for Leland House in Northeast Washington DC.
Position Description: The Residential Assistant will provide monitoring and oversight of residential/transitional housing facilities and residents.
Required: HS Degree/GED; 1-3 years of experience in social services; experience providing services in addictions or mental health treatment.
Required License/Certification: CPR/First Aid; AED; Food Handler's License; Crisis Intervention (Training); Driver's License.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00 am - 10:00 pm (24 hours per week).

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. May be required to sit or stand for long periods.
