Clinician will be providing screening, assessment, individual co-occurring treatment, and group psychotherapy services to clients participating in the LOC 3.1 Residential SUD treatment program.
Functions of this role: clinical oversight of treatment within a multidisciplinary team, creating, implementing and monitoring treatment plans, and collaborating with other service providers.
Support the needs of the residential program and its staff through effective communication, collaboration, and training.
Treatment will focus on the co-occurring addiction and mental health needs for all clients.
Experience working within a residential program is preferable.
Must maintain firm boundaries and communication with all clients and members of the team.
*Minimum Credentials, Experience, & Skills:*
Masters degree in behavioral health field (counseling, psychology, social work, etc.
); LPC/LCSW; Alaska CDC I/ BHC I certification (may be waiver for one year); Two year direct mental health/substance abuse clinical experience; Cultural competency; Two-year supervisory experience (may be waiver for one year); CPR/First Aid, Ability to clear fingerprint background check.
