Immediate opening for a residential Construction Project Manager in the Snellville, GA area.
Property Masters is a semi national residential construction company that is considered the premier construction provider in the SFR space.
We are looking for construction/renovation project managers who are leaders, energetic and thrive in a fast paced but extremely rewarding company environment.

Job Responsibilities:

•Prepare detailed accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment according to Client's scope of work

•Conduct meetings with sub-contractors to determine timeline, permits needed and set expectations

•Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with all specifications and contract statements of work and bid invitations.

•Provide management and support to sub-contractors to keep the job moving and ensure timelines are being met.

•Walk open jobs on a weekly basis, provide updates to corporate office staff and clients

•Identify challenges, problems and client concerns and provide solutions.

Job Requirements:

•High School diploma or equivalent

•Minimum 2-5 years construction management experience

•Thorough knowledge of general construction and estimating

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple jobs that are in different phases of construction at once.

•Knowledge of local and state building codes and permit requirements

•Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications

•Must be computer literate with basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office as well as the ability to learn new cloud base software.

•Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is crucial

•Valid Driver's License and ability to pass drug test.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
