Residential Construction Rehab Technician - Rochester, Ny

Are you experienced in renovating, replacing floors, painting, installing cabinets, etc. or have you always wanted to learn? Look no further! We are currently seeking reliable individuals to join our team as we continue to grow. The Residential Rehab Technician will play a key role in renovating vacant units between tenants, utilizing expert skills in making our units move-in ready.

Please note a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are REQUIRED. We also reimburse for mileage on a bi-weekly basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: General duties to prepare units for move-in Replacing flooring Installing cabinets and/or countertops Commuting to different job sites Cosmetic repairs which will include plaster, painting, etc. Effective communication with tenants, management, and staff Performing other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Valid Driver's License ** MUST HAVE** Reliable Transportation ** MUST HAVE** Must have tools to complete tasks outlined above Must have good communication skills Must be able to work both alone and as part of a team Must be able to think on your feet and apply troubleshooting techniques Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
