Position responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple residential remodel sites
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain communication
- Negotiate and manage project costs
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality workmanship
Position essential job functions:
- 5+ years of construction and customer service experience
- Residential remodel experience required; high-end experience preferred
- Proficiency in CoConstruct, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with ADU projects and home additions
Position skills:
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and an early riser
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
