We are a Premier Level Trane Comfort Specialist and offer company-paid dealer training and NATE certifications.
We are Hiring Residential HVAC Installers! Due to growth in our company, we have an immediate opening for Installers to join our team; someone with residential retrofit/changeout or new construction experience is ideal. We work locally and offer full-time, year-round work!

Location: Rolesville, NC.
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, overtime as needed
What you will be doing: Learning installation processes and procedures Following directions and being able to work as a team and independently Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems Installing line sets, duct works, low voltage wiring, and accessories Complete startup of newly installed equipment Customer Service Continual company-paid Trane dealer training and NATE Certification Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 1 + years of residential installation experience or a combination of education and experience EPA Certification NATE Certifications or obtain once employed Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes, including NATE certification Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance High School Diploma or GED NATE Core & Specialty Certifications desired hvac, install, installer, residential, installation
