This position is required to be on site in office. **This position can sit in either our New Ulm office or our corporate headquarters in Arden Hills, MN**
Frandsen Bank & Trust has an exciting opportunity to work as a Residential Mortgage Closer at our New Ulm, MN or Arden Hills, MN locations.
This position will involve the closing of residential mortgage loans from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, other mortgage investors and Frandsen Bank & Trust portfolio loans.
Duties will involve customer service, preparing & monitoring closing documents, following regulatory guidelines, and interpreting mortgage banking policies.
A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and data entry skills are required to provide quality service.
Associate's degree (AA) or higher from an accredited college or university.
May be substituted with a minimum of two years work related experience in the mortgage area.
Qualified candidates must also have a high level of time management and organizational skills.
Salary Range: $19.60-$29.00/hour depending on experience.
