The position will involve hiring, training, and developing a sales staff while selling. The ideal candidate will have experience with door knocking and a passion for driving revenue.

Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position. Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed. Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers. Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort. Residential Roof Sale Manager Experience Required 2 years of roofing sales or management experience Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing materials and techniques Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions.
