Your New Role: As a Residential Service Plumber with Xtreme Air Services, you will:
Provide expert service to fulfill our customers' entire needs.Maintain a neat work area and always wear floor savers in clients' homes.Clearly explain the services you perform and demonstrate our superior service.Install, maintain, modify, and repair plumbing systems.Inspect and test system components for operability and safety.Meet and exceed revenue goals through excellent service and sales.Build rapport with clients to sell the right products and services.Perform thorough inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.Use the Pricing Guide accurately and explain club memberships to clients.Maintain a high conversion rate for club memberships and renewals.Keep your truck clean and presentable as a moving company billboard.Follow our Code of Ethics and Team Rules, stay safety-conscious, and participate actively in training.
