Responsibilities
• Greet guests and thank them for their business• Make alcoholic drinks accurately and quickly• Order and serve food and beverages using point of sale system• Keep accurate record of sales and receipts• Keep bar clean, well-stocked, and organized• Follow recipes for quality product and service• Know and apply health and safety standards• Learn food, liquor, beer, and wine menu• Answer guests' questions appropriately• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent required• Some college preferred• One year prior serving or bartending experience preferred• Good judgement and integrity regarding alcohol sales• Knowledge of proper and legal alcohol serving requirements• Effective communication with employees and customers• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently• Computer and point of sale system proficiency
