This person will help train employees on the duties of the resource assistant and resource specialist, including log scale, contract financial status, creating bills and sending out for collections and how to keep the contractual records (written and electronic) current.Mentors and advises resource specialists and assistants on contract record keeping and filing processes. Mailing out correspondence.30%Advises on monthly FPFS account closures and the processing of bills for collections.20%Advises on scale reports and monthly balances.20%Mentors and advises on processing contract modifications and contract closures20%Mentors and advises on processing of scaler information sheets, scaling agreements, branding waivers and miscellaneous duties.10%Other:Travel Requirements: May be required to drive to a remote location to meet with others involved in trainingOvernight travel: Depending on location may involve 1-2 days every other month.Health and Safety Considerations: Review and sign the QCG Job Hazard Analysis.
