Here is some of what you can expect from being a Respiratory Practitioner with us: You will provide services, timely and efficiently, at appropriate levels to all patients and in all settings served by the department.
You will perform tasks and duties as outlined in the Respiratory Care Department's Policy and Procedure Manual, assist, assist in assigned administrative tasks, and maintain clinical competencies through participation in educational and orientation programs.
You will perform all routine respiratory procedures, and the Respiratory Practitioner will be responsible for special procedures, within his/her scope of practice.
You will be maintaining and improving clinical competence, practicing universal precautions, maintaining, and cleaning equipment.
You will provide consultation, collaboration, and education to the medical staff, multidisciplinary care team members, and patients/families.
Qualifications you will need for this role: NBRC accredited RRT credential or CRT if grandfathered in  Current Colorado Respiratory License  Current BLS ACLS certifications through AHA or ARC are required.
PALS preferred.
