Avera is currently seeking Respiratory Therapist Assistant looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera's patient-focused settings. Job Summary The Respiratory Therapist Assistant is accountable for administering respiratory therapy according to the Respiratory Services Standards of Care and evaluating the effectiveness of that therapy.  Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 0-6 month experience preferred. Required to be currently enrolled in an A.M.A. approved school of Respiratory Therapy. Licensure/Certification/Registration Required to possess a temporary Respiratory Therapist License or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) for the state of South Dakota.
