We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join the team of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of management experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record in successful restaurant operations. As Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for: Assisting the GM in developing and implementing strategic goals and business plans. Training, managing and motivating staff, including floor supervisors and waitresses/waiters. Planning menus while adhering to highest food quality standards. Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and negotiating terms with vendors. Meeting budget goals while maximizing profits. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Developing marketing strategies to increase business growth. To qualify for this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities and a passion for the hospitality industry.
