Your Role with the Company: The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Primary duties include:
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures Continually strive to develop staff in all areas and professional development Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests Oversee and execute employee hiring, training, evaluations, and terminations Review and maintain financial reports, ensuring restaurant operates within budget guidelines Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401k with company match PTO and sick time Staff Meals and Dining Discounts Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years as a General Manger with a high volume ($8M+) upscale/fine dining restaurant Strong leadership skills, passionate about restaurants and hospitality Extensive experience and knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, team management, and food safety Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Strong experience in the management of Standard Operating Procedures EOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
