Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: Must have at least 3+ years' experience as a General Manager in a scratch kitchen environment. Experience managing in DC required Strong and proven leadership qualities and must be the face of your business: affable, coach mentality, leads by example, upholds restaurant operation and food safety standards, clear and direct communicator. Must have strong BOH/Kitchen knowledge and the ability to jump in and support your team when needed.
