QUALIFICATIONS: 7+ years of experience in hospitality management, including food and beverage operations Track record of creating exceptional guest experiences in a restaurant and/or winery Strong understanding of food and beverage service Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and work under pressure A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Toast, Dolce, and Run by ADP Payroll Experience with hospitality budgeting and revenue generation Eager to bring your hospitality management expertise to Saddlehill Cellars as our Restaurant Hospitality Director and craft extraordinary guest experiences?
