Primary Job Duties:
Provide a pleasant greeting and a smile to all guests as they arrive including opening doorsSeat guests as quickly as possible in the proper section based upon seating rotationMonitor existing reservations and schedule future restaurant reservations following the STRIKE+REEL reservation guidelinesSell admission tickets to Guests.
Collect and examine tickets or passes to verify authenticityGreet guests in a friendly, genuine way and answer questions with firm knowledge about movie times and seatingEnforce the movie ratings system courteously and effectivelyAssist guests with fun card purchases at the kiosksMust be able to answer the phone and provide general information about STRIKE+REELShow genuine appreciation for our guests as you walk them to their table while providing them clean menus, the name of their server, and a listing of the chef specialsThank the guests as they are exiting and invite them backGreet and assist group services with the arrival of group/party guestsAssist servers when necessary with bussing, side work, etcAssist at Dessert Bar as needed during peak timesAssist in food running as needed during peak timesAssist in maintaining cleanliness of the lobby area, door windows, and host standAssist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or managerMaintain uniform standards and a professional appearance

Requirements

Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 40 lbsMust have a great attitude and smileMust be able to multi-task and maintain composure during peak business hours
Special Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years oldObtain training certification per company policy
