Restaurant Manager

Acqua al 2 is the premier dining location in the heart of downtown Annapolis!
Open since August 2022, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate has positive attitude, strong managerial and leadership skills, and solid work experience in a fast paced-high volume environment.

Sample Job Duties:
Hire, train, and supervise FOH & BOH employees.
Create relationships with guests Work with Open Table to maximize reservations Work with Private Dining Coordinator and staff to execute in-house and off-site events Manage labor during the shift to meet labor cost targets Train staff in food and beverage knowledge and steps of service Supervise inventory and estimate food and beverage costs Scheduling POS Programming Work with the owner to establish sales and cost targets and develop a plan to execute.
