* Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
* Great leadership skills
* Familiarity with restaurant management software
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
* Exhibits a neat, clean, and professional image at all times
* Genuinely hospitable, warm, sensitive, and polite to our Guests
* Excellent problem resolution/Guest recovery skills
* Attention to detail/organized
* Able to work while standing and moving at a rapid pace for 10 hours as the job requires
