Restaurant Manager Job Summary

We have an immediateopening for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee ourdaily operations.
You will be responsible for scheduling/hiring of bar staff toensure there is sufficient coverage during each shift and banquets/parties, andalso monitoring the flow of business during each meal service.
You will beresponsible for balancing cash drawers, checking and dismissing servers/bushelp, ensuring that equipment/lights are turned off, balancing cash drawers, andlocking the building.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of industryexperience, is willing/able to step into a bartending/serving position asneeded, and is reliable and trustworthy.


Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities

•Recruit, train, andsupervise restaurant staff

•Create bar schedulesto ensure adequate staffing

•Balance cash drawers

•Handle complaints,conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees

•Ensure that equipment,lights, etc.
are turned off and lock doors

•Answer phone calls andhandle banquet information

•Be flexible and remaincalm under stressful situations
