Landmark Hospitality is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team!


Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Stone House, the Ryland Inn, and Crave Events in New Jersey as well as Hotel Du Village and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania.
This diversified hospitality company that specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels is growing and has exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.

Responsibilities: Work on marketing initiatives with our marketing departmentMaintain SOP concerning sales and expensesLead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and growOversee all facility maintenance and repairs.Ensure new team members are properly onboardedOversee all beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goalsOversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goalsImplement, oversee and maintain all policiesFull P & L management.
Responsible for overseeing budgets, forecasting and profitability
