Responsibilities:
Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead by example management styleUtilizes leadership skills and motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor managementInspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulationsEnsures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records

Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experienceExtensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsStable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic EOE #LI-CM1


Pay Range:
USD $65,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
