Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking highly motivated people to lead and manage areas of our business. You must be unstoppably focused on putting guests first, maintaining Chick-fil-A's high food safety standards, and executing all you do with operational excellence. As a leader at Chick-fil-A, you must be able to grow and develop a team, lead by example with high energy, and create an environment of accountability. We require 2 years of prior leadership experience and open availability. You will need the ability to lead in a fast paced and stressful environment. Salary ranges from $38,000 - $42,000 plus comprehensive benefit packages, as well as Sundays off.

Requirements * Must be eligible to work in the United States
* Must have a source of reliable transportation
* Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
* Works in hot, noisy, and fast paced environment
* Mobility required during shifts
* Must work well under pressure
* Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
* Reading, writing and basic math and verbal communication skills required
