Responsibilities
• Complete opening and closing duties• Set up physical aspects of station and make prep list• Obtain and transport necessary food items• Check quality and quantity of stock and supplies• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards• Oversee food preparation and cooking• Store food items and clean kitchen• Interact with guests and communicate with management• Maintain knowledge of menu items and cooking techniques• Participate in financial planning
Requirements
• At least 21 years of age• 1-2 years' experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen lead• 2 years of relevant computer experience• High school graduate or equivalent• Formal culinary training preferred• Required food safety and sanitation certifications• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
