Job Description Award winning, locally owned and operated brewing company is looking for talented Restaurant Sous Chef to help lead one of their busy neighborhood restaurants with a strong focus on creative, local fare. Help lead dynamic team of engaged team members in overall operations of a high-volume casual dining kitchen. RequirementsIdeal candidate will have the following:
2-4 years high volume Sous Chef/AKM experienceFormal culinary training / or culinary degree preferred but not mandatoryStrong kitchen organizational skills / ability to set and uphold standardsAbility to create innovative local fare, yet also follow established specs when neededAble to cook casual, yet sophisticated food in a fast-paced environmentPassion for developing and mentoring a teamTrack record of achieving financial resultsSalary Range & Benefits Salary – $45k – $60k (starting, based on experience level)Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with no waiting periodSupplementary benefits, such as flexible spending accounts, basic and voluntary life insurance, AD&D.401k with company matchPaid Vacation, Company Holidays, and Leave programs
