Europa Village is looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an outgoing, self-motivated and energetic personality.
Must have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Fine dining experience is a plus.
Strong customer service and a desire to create memorable experiences are a must.
Restaurant Supervisor Reports to: Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Specific to Restaurant Supervisor: Posses and live Europa Village core valuesAssists the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the restaurant operationAssists in hiring and training of new employeesDelivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfactionResponds efficiently and accurately to guests questions and complaintsControls operational costs and identifies measures to cut wasteAssists in appraisal of employees performances and provides feedback to improve productivityAbility to "read' the restaurant and know what sections, areas and/or guests need attentionEnsures compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsImplements policies and protocols that will maintain restaurant operationsAccurately and efficiently run POS systemsEnsures deposits are completed and done correctlyOther duties as assigned Expectations of the Restaurant Supervisor: Creates and fosters an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thoughtAble to communicate Europa Village's storyAble to treat all employees and guests in a respectful mannerArrives to work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed clothing with appropriate slacks and shoesArrives on time and is respectful of attendance and punctualityAdheres to Europa Village's policies and proceduresHas an eye for detailMust be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
