What You Will Be Doing As a Restoration Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, which may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office. The Restoration Account Executive (RAE) will market Renu's services to the various clients which include but are not limited to: Property Managers, Asset Managers, Owner/Operators.
Essential Job Functions Understanding of construction materials and practices.Able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage time effectively.Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary individual marketing plan.Attends and assists promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.Documents and maintains field work and activity through Dynamics.Acting as the company's representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.Generate business leads and handles promotion of all Renu Verticals and National presence.Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications 3-4 years of executive sales or marketing experience requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent, college preferredExperience in the Renovation and Construction industry, preferred but not requiredMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast moving, deadline driven environmentProficient with Microsoft word and excelDetail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel within the United States.
