Your role. Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Assist with financial and operational assessments of clients Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts and monthly integrated financial forecasts Business development activities to drive the growth of the practice in the marketplace through proactive reach outs to bankers, attorneys, and referral other sources Project management responsibilities include accountability for periodic client status reporting as well as billing and collecting fees Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with C-suite individuals to acquire and assess relevant data for financial analysis Analyze financial statements to determine the sustainability of performance and evaluate assumptions inherent in client business plans The qualifications. Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field is required CPA, CTP, CIRA designations preferred 10 plus years of total experience, with a minimum of 5-7 years of recent or current experience with a restructuring consulting practice Successful track record of generating new business from referral sources Technology skills required to work proficiently with firm systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20 to 30% overnight travel Position may be filled as a Senior Manager or Principal based on applicable experience Our difference. Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Information Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO.
Please review position location for applicable geographic location.
Colorado monthly base range is as follows:
$11,666.66 to $16,666.66

These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date.
In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use.
A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff.
A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff.
Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time.
Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
