Job Description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team. The primary working day will be Saturdays with opportunities to work weekdays as well. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for animals.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with grooming and veterinary appointment check in/out
-Assist with overseeing dog daycare occasionally
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
Requirements: - Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Saturdays and flexible hours as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
– Proficiency with computers and software
