About the team In this role, you'll be joining the Retail team. The Retail team spans across 5 brick and mortar showrooms and 35 Nordstrom locations and are crucial to supporting our customers. This team specializes in looking at the diverse needs of our customers and uses their expertise to meet people where they are, guide them where they want to be, and seamlessly solve problems along the way. Our retail team ensures our customers have the support they need to become the best version of themselves.
What you'll do We're looking for a Retail Associate to join our growing team. This Retail Associate will play an integral role in supporting our customer experience. Being the face of The Black Tux in Nordstrom, you will have an immediate and direct impact on the success of our business. In this role, you will provide an exceptional fitting experience and assist customers through the many different stages of their event. From look conception to fruition you'll assist customers through styling, event setup, and checkout. As a full-time role, availability on nights and weekends is mandatory.
