Retail Associate

Retail Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both wholesale and retail clients.
They assist customers in identifying their needs, recommending products, and processing sales transactions.
Retail Associates also maintain store appearance and inventory levels, and may be involved in delivery and stocking tasks as needed.
This part-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Provide excellent customer service and sales support Assist customers in-person and over the phone Build trust relationships with clients Process sales transactions accurately and achieve sales goals Maintain organized work order files and formulas Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks and make deliveries as needed Maintain inventory levels and store appearance Stay knowledgeable on products and suggest ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

on occasion Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License High School diploma or GED At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Prior work experience in selling paint and using tinting/mixing equipment
