Our small store works closely with the community, local businesses and schools to create personalized t-shirts (polos, sweatshirts, tote bags & more!
).

The ideal candidate is customer-focused and is willing to work hard to ensure customer satisfaction.
He or she must be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw is necessary.


RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and suppliesEffectively communicates with customers via phone, email and in-store interactionsGenerates estimates and invoices and fulfills on-time orders per customer specificationManages incoming inventoryPerforms other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferredOne year of relevant experiencePleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personalityHighly professional and dependableExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsOutstanding phone skillsWorking knowledge of applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDrawMust be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workdayMust be available to work Saturdays and some holidays
