The hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.84 to $45.96. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

What You're Responsible For
Leading a team the helps keep all store functions running seamlessly. Ensuring your store is staffed by attracting, assessing and onboarding your future teammates. Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities. Leading your store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, a high level of customer service, sales, people leadership and managementManaging product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
