• Executes receiving and merchandising standards• Engages and interacts with customers• Maintains a clean and organized store• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing• Prioritizes and processes merchandise onto the sales floor• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty• Monitors and measures team productivity• Organizes and rotates back stock• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards• Ensures compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
Requirements
• Able to work a flexible schedule• Superior organizational skills• Capable of handling multiple tasks• Strong communication skills• One year retail and 6 months leadership experience
