Responsibilities
• Attains personal sales goals by developing selling skills through Company training programs.• Achieves sales goal by maintaining a daily focus on standards achievement.• Makes an active, assertive effort to sell the guest.• Seeks to identify and sell according to the guest's needs and buying potential.• Works the lease line and payment counter in an effort to solicit sales.• Participates in guest calling on a regular basis.• Sells ESP, UWP, JRP and explains PPP (where available).• Performs guest calling as required.• Develops a complete knowledge of the merchandise.• Learns the features and benefits through sales meetings, trade magazines and independent study.• Completes the Diamontology course.• Develops guest service skills to provide quality service to the guest, thus assuring repeat sales.
