Position Title: Customer Service Representative/Teller Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Teller Supervisor. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth branch operations, providing excellent customer service, and supervising teller staff. Key Responsibilities:
Perform all Customer Service Representative/Teller functions with accuracy and efficiency.
Supervise Teller/CSR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery across all branches.
Continuously monitor and improve procedures for the new account opening process, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer experience.
Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for Customer Service Representatives, fostering their professional growth and development.
Monitor new account and revised account exceptions, following up with employees and managers as necessary to resolve issues promptly.
Oversee various banking services including Safe Deposit Box (SDB) services, maintenance, and training, ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct regular reviews of product disclosures and account documents, making necessary updates and corrections.
Keep abreast of industry updates and train CSRs on relevant Fiserv bulletins/updates.
Assist with customer service calls related to debit cards, wire transfers, and other banking services as needed.
Collaborate with auditors and respond to compliance audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Manage teller operations including cash management, vault maintenance, and transaction approvals.
Perform Quarterly Cash Counts and Safekeeping audits for all branches, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent hours preferred.
Five years of banking experience required.
Two years of supervisory experience required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the bank positively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of bank records and customer transactions.
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
