Responsibilities
• Engage and interact with customers• Embody customer experience principles and philosophy• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Support and promote positive store culture• Process customer purchases/returns and handle change accurately• Promote credit and loyalty programs• Maintain merchandising procedures and standards• Process and prepare merchandise for sales floor• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness• Provide and accept ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Support store shrink reduction goals and programs• Participate in safety awareness and maintenance• Perform assigned duties
